Airflow Management

Raised Floor Airflow Management
Chamfer Panel
Chamfer high CFM airflow panels are designed to provide maximum airflow distribution that fits into new or existing raised floor systems.
- High CFM airflow
- Heavy steel composition
- Available in Imperial and Metric sizes
- Multi-directional grate pattern
- Powder coat finish
- Horizonal and vertical levelers
Slotted Panel
Triad slotted and chamfer panels are very similar in fit, form and functionality. The grate pattern is the biggest differentiator between the two. Choose the style that best suits your facility.
- High CFM airflow
- Heavy steel composition
- Available in Imperial and Metric sizes
- Linear grate pattern
- Powder coat finish
- Horizonal and vertical levelers
Hybrid Panel
Hybrid panels allow you to save space between the rows of racks in your facility, reducing aisle space from 4 feet to 3 feet. This space saving design allows you to configure your data center so less space is dedicated to aisles, leaving more room for additional rows of racks and equipment.
Aluminum Panel
Featuring a durable 55% open area perforated design, the cast aluminum panel is RLE’s most economical option and is designed to fit into most common flooring systems. Aluminum panels are currently only available in imperial sizing and are rated up to 1,250 pounds. These panels include a Grey Flek or Crystal White powder coat finish.
ClearView Panel
The ClearView panel is a solid panel that features a clear, durable, scratch resistant window. These innovative panels allow users to perform underfloor maintenance spot checks without lifting panels and disrupting the air supply plenum under their raised floor.
Cement Filled Panel
Cement filled panels provide customers with a durable, laminate covered panel at an affordable price point. Panels are available with load ratings up to 2,500 lbs and with a grey swirl laminate or bare finish.
Woodcore Panel
Woodcore panels feature a compressed wood core, galvanized edges, and a grey starlight laminate finish with integral trim. Woodcore panels are available only in imperial sizing, and have a load rating of 1,250 lbs.
RFM Panel
Raised floor monitoring (RFM) panels combine RLE’s patented WiNG wireless monitoring technology with Triad’s high quality raised floor panels. Ideal for differential pressure and airflow monitoring and compatible with RLE’s complete suite of WiNG sensors, RFM panels keep reliable, quality monitoring tucked safely within your raised floor panels. Use RFM panels to:
- Understand static pressure loss or fluctuation
- Balance cooling airflow
- Increase available datapoints to better understand the needs of each facility.
Steel Panel
Solid steel floor panels feature a 4,000 lb load rating and include Triad’s patented dual integrated handles and built-in vertical and horizontal levelers. Steel panels are available in either a Grey Flek or Crystal White powder coat finish.

Containment Solutions
Blanking Panels
Fill empty spaces in the front of your racks and keep cold air where it should be – at the front of the rack space. RLE’s blanking panels are available in a variety of sizes and colors to suit the specifications of your application, and are scalable, so you can adjust them as your application changes.
6 Inch Round Grommet
Plugging holes is one of the easiest ways to improve airflow and efficiency in any raised floor environment. If air can escape through holes in a raised floor you limit the effectiveness of containment and decrease your cooling efficiency.
Fill cutouts in raised floors with RLE’s patent-pending fire-rated foam grommets and see an immediate improvement in airflow and efficiency.
Rectangular Grommets
Plugging holes is one of the easiest ways to improve airflow and efficiency in any raised floor environment. If air can escape through holes in a raised floor you limit the effectiveness of containment and decrease your cooling efficiency.
Fill cutouts in raised floors with RLE’s patent-pending fire-rated foam grommets and see an immediate improvement in airflow and efficiency. CEG offers RLE’s 6″x4″ and 6″x9″ rectangular grommets as well as a 6″x6″ square grommet.
