With nearly 25 years of financial and executive business management experience, Mike McClain has expertly served as the CEO of CEG – formerly DCiM Solutions – since its inception in 2014 and grown the business exponentially.

Mike has a long history in successfully founding and growing services companies. Prior to leading CEG, he established McClain Ventures, LLC d/b/a McClain Solutions, an investment and consulting company focused on strategic investments in technology, as well as accounting and finance solutions for SMBs from development stage to $50M in revenue. In 2005, Mike co-founded the public accounting and professional services firm, The MB Group LLC. The Company provided specialized accounting services for a wide variety of industries including technology, financial institutions, manufacturing/distribution, trucking, collection agencies, restaurant franchisors and operators, employee benefit plans and non-profit organizations.

Mike began his professional career as an auditor and audit supervisor at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. There he performed operational, financial, and regulatory compliance audits for domestic and international operating groups, including oil and gas operations in Peru and Russia. He developed an expertise in assessing internal controls and designing audit evaluation programs. Over the years, Mike has also gained a working knowledge of tax compliance and has led consulting services related to business financing, due diligence and mergers and acquisition projects, litigation support and forensic cases, and Controller and CFO support engagements.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Oklahoma. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, Dallas Society of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
