BTECH’s patented and proven impedance measurement technology has the sensitivity required to find failing cells well before they pose a risk to your critical systems. Plus, with battery sensing harnesses pre-designed and tested for your battery system, installation time is cut in half, while increasing system reliability. Load signals are optimized to the battery type, and BTECH’s system never subjects your batteries to a stressful load test.

Key features of the S5 Monitoring and Validation System:

  • Real Time monitoring of System/String/Unit Voltages, Float, Charge and Discharge current
  • Real time Thermal Runaway Management, Ambient, Pilot Cell and Differential Unit temperatures (Delta T) are recorded

BTECH’s BVM software is a powerful tool for analyzing voltage, impedance and temperature, enabling predictability of future battery performance.
